Magnetic Level Transmitter: is a level transmitter suspended in a buoy, usually in a narrow auxiliary column. These instruments will be magnetic objects used as transmitters, and by the tendency to float or sink on the liquid level for the measurement of liquid level. Mainly used as a class of conductive and non-conductive media liquid level or powder and granular solids level of long-distance continuous measurement and indication.
Float level transmitter: by the magnetic float, measuring conduit, signal unit, electronic unit, junction box and installation components. The specific gravity of the magnetic float is less than 0.5, and it can float above the liquid surface and move up and down along the measuring conduit. The conduit is equipped with a measuring element, which can convert the measured level signal into a resistance signal proportional to the level change under the action of external magnetism, and convert the electronic unit into 4~20mA or other standard signal output.
Ultrasonic level transmitter: Level transmitters with ultrasonic transducers on or near the top of the vessel. They cause the transducer to send ultrasonic pulses and get reflected when impacted. The transducer calculates the level based on the time between the transmitted and received reflected signals.
Capacitance Level Transmitter: A level transmitter that has a dielectric medium between two or more electrodes in a tank or vessel. A capacitive level transmitter calculates the current level of a tank or vessel.
Hydrostatic level transmitter: Based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is directly proportional to the height of the liquid, using diffusion silicon or ceramic sensitive element piezoresistive effect, the static pressure will be converted into liquid level and output standard number of a liquid level transmitter.
