Temperature transmitter is an instrument that converts temperature variables into standardized output signals that can be transmitted. It is mainly used for the measurement and control of temperature parameters in industrial environments. Correct installation is very important in the use of temperature transmitters.
Correct selection of temperature measurement point
When the temperature transmitter measures the temperature of the pipeline, it should be ensured that the temperature transmitter is in full contact with the fluid in order to reduce the measurement error. In this way, the requirements of the temperature transmitter needs to be orthogonal to the measured medium (into 90 ℃), need to pay attention to the temperature transmitter can not be formed with the measured medium downstream. Temperature transmitter to choose a representative location of the temperature measurement point, the temperature measurement point should not be selected in the dead zone, should try to avoid electromagnetic interference occasions. If not avoided, anti-interference measures should be taken.
Reasonably determine the insertion depth
Insertion depth selection, the purpose is to make the temperature transmitter can fully feel the actual temperature of the measured medium. When installed in the pipeline, the temperature transmitter temperature sensing point should be in the center of the pipeline flow rate at the maximum, to ensure that there is sufficient insertion depth.
Safe and reliable installation
When the temperature transmitter measurement needs to withstand a certain pressure, must ensure its sealing. When the ambient pressure of the medium exceeds 10Mpa, it must be additionally installed with a protective sleeve. Temperature transmitter working in high temperature environment, its installation position should be kept vertical, to prevent the transmitter casing deformation at high temperature. The electrical interface of the temperature transmitter should be facing down, so as to avoid rain or other liquids or spoils from entering into the temperature transmitter, which may cause the short circuit of the internal components.
