Liquid level transmitter is an instrument used in industry to measure the depth of liquid. Input level transmitters are the most common type of level transmitter. Input level transmitter generally includes: housing, pressure sensor, circuit board and gas conduction cable, in which the circuit board is set in the housing, the pressure sensor is placed into the liquid to be measured, the pressure sensor includes a positive pressure chamber and a negative pressure chamber, the liquid is imported into the positive pressure chamber in order to measure the pressure of the liquid, the gas conduction cable in the gas conduit connects the external atmosphere with the negative pressure chamber, and the pressure sensor is connected to the circuit board through the wires in the gas conduit cable. The pressure sensor is connected to the circuit board through the wires in the air conduction cable. However, since the negative pressure chamber is connected to the outside atmosphere through the air conduit, when the temperature difference between the liquid to be measured and the outside temperature is large, condensation is easily formed in the negative pressure chamber, which will cause inaccurate measurement and even lead to damage of the pressure sensor.
