The accuracy of the pressure sensor measurement depends largely on the correct installation of the sensor, measuring tube and pressure take-off components. The selection of pressure points of pressure sensors should follow the following rules.
First: When the pressure sensor measures the gas pressure, the pressure extraction point should be in the upper part of the process pipeline.
Second: when the pressure sensor measures the liquid pressure and steam pressure, the pressure extraction point should be within the range of 0°~45° angle between the lower half of the process pipeline and the horizontal center line of the process pipeline.
Third: the pressure point of the pressure sensor should be selected in the pipe section with a stable flow rate in the process medium.
Fourth: When the pressure point and the temperature pressure point are on the same pipeline, the pressure pressure point should be installed on the upstream side of the temperature pressure point.
Fifth: The end of the pressure extraction point should not exceed the inner wall of the process equipment and process pipeline.
Sixth: When measuring the pressure of turbid media such as dust, solid particles or sediment on the vertical process pipeline, the pressure point should be installed obliquely, and the angle between the horizontal line should be greater than 30 degrees, and the horizontal process pipeline should be installed at an acute angle along the flow beam.
Seventh: The installation location of the pressure sensor should be full of light, easy to operate and maintain, and should not be installed in places with vibration, humidity, high temperature, corrosive and strong magnetic field interference.
