The 3051 Pressure Transmitter can cause errors in pressure transmission for the following reasons:
1. Leakage;
2. Friction loss;
3. Liquid pipeline accumulation gas (indenter error);
4. Liquid accumulation in gas pipeline (indenter error);
5. The density change caused by the temperature difference between the two impulse tubes (indenter error).
3051 Pressure Transmitter Pressure Transmission Reduction Error:
1. The impulse tube should be as short as possible;
2. For liquid or steam measurement, the impulse pipeline should be connected upward to the process pipeline, and its inclination should not be less than 1/12;
3. For the gas impulse pressure pipe, it should be connected downward, and the inclination should not be less than 1/12;
4. The measurement point of the liquid process pipeline should be lower, and the gas pipeline point should be higher;
5. The two impulse tubes should maintain the same temperature;
6. In order to avoid the influence of friction, the diameter of the impulse pipe should be large enough;
7. Ensure that all gases can be removed from the liquid impulse tube;
8. When using the isolation liquid, the liquid level of the two impulse pipes should be the same;
9. When using the injection system, the injection system should be as close as possible to the pressure intake of the process pipeline. The purified fluid passes through the same size and length pipeline to the transmitter, and the sprayed fluid should be avoided from passing through the transmitter;
10. Ensure that the impulse pipe has sufficient strength to withstand the rated working pressure;
It should be noted that when the 3051 pressure transmitter measures steam or other high-temperature medium, the working temperature of the 3051 pressure transmitter should not exceed the limit, when the 3051 pressure transmitter is used for steam measurement, the impulse tube should be filled with water to prevent the transmitter from contacting steam, the volume change of the 3051 pressure transmitter is very small, and a condenser is not required.
