Switching quantity refers to the acquisition and output of discontinuous signals, including telecommunication acquisition and remote control output. It has two states of 1 and 0, which is the nature of switching in digital circuits, and electrically refers to the opening and closing of circuits or the opening and closing of contacts.
Some of the sensors can be set to switch by analog, if not, we can connect the sensor to the PLC to set the sensor to a certain level when the PLC controls the relay switching circuit. This realizes the analog quantity collected by the sensor is converted into switching quantity.
