The 3051 differential pressure transmitter can measure the volume flow or mass flow of gases, vapors and liquids, measure the level, volume and mass of liquids, and can also monitor the differential pressure. Since the sensing diaphragm of the 3051 differential pressure transmitter is a tensioned, elastic element, its displacement varies with the compression. The 3051 differential pressure transmitter sensing diaphragm has a maximum displacement of 0.004 inches (0.1 mm) and the displacement is proportional to the pressure. The capacitive plates on both sides detect the position of the sensing diaphragm, and the difference in capacitance between the sensing diaphragm and the capacitive plate is converted into the corresponding current, and the relevant signal is output through the voltage of the 3051 differential voltage transmitter or the data of the digital HART high-speed addressable remote transmitter.
