The hydraulic transmitter is the extension and development of pressure transmitter technology, which realizes the accurate measurement and transmission of the volume, liquid height and weight of water, oil and paste according to the principle of linear relationship between the pressure generated by the liquid at different heights with different specific gravity. The working of the hydraulic transmitter is due to the flow of liquid medium, when there is a liquid medium flowing through the transmitter, the pressure of this liquid will act on the hydraulic transmitter, and then after a certain medium flow is transmitted to the silicon diaphragm, at the same time the other side of the diaphragm will also be affected by the pressure of the reference end. As a result, the pressure at both ends of the diaphragm is unbalanced, and a stress is generated. Stress subjectes the diaphragm to different forces, i.e. pressure at one end and tension at the other. Moreover, the strain gauges are in different areas, so that the two teams of strain gauges are connected into a non-static bridge, and the formation of this bridge will increase the output signal. In order to reduce the influence of ambient temperature on the hydraulic transmitter, the bridge is powered by a constant current. When the external liquid pressure changes, the output voltage inside the hydraulic transmitter will also change, and this change will be transformed into the corresponding current signal after amplification by the internal components, and the current of the hydraulic transmitter will generate a standard output signal after compensation.
