Special attention should be paid to the differential pressure transmitter before cutting off the pressure source should first open the balance valve, and then close the high and low pressure valves on the impulse pipe, and remove the high and low pressure exhaust hole plug, the pressure source in the actual verification/calibration process is generally entered by the transmitter high pressure port position, low pressure port and atmosphere are connected together. The regulations require that if the selected pressure transfer medium is liquid, the reference plane of the transmitter pressure port and the lower end face of the piston (or the reference plane of the standard pressure port) of the piston pressure gauge pair should be on the same horizontal plane.
