The pressure transmitter that has been widely used in the industrial field can be used to measure the level, density and pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and its working principle is that the pressure difference from the two-sided impulse pipe directly acts on the two-sided isolation diaphragm of the transmitter sensor, and conducts the sealing liquid in the diaphragm to the measuring cell, and the measuring element converts the measured pressure signal into the corresponding electrical signal and transmits it to the converter, which becomes a standard electrical signal output after amplification and other processing. Today I want to take you to understand the installation and disassembly of pressure transmitters.
Pressure transmitter installation:
1. Confirm that the power supply of the pressure transmitter between the cabinets has been unloaded;
2. Confirm that there are no debris in the joint of the impulse pipe of the pressure transmitter and the head of the impulse pipe;
3. Install the pressure transmitter on the bracket and tighten the fixing screws with a screwdriver;
4. Connect and fix the pressure transmitter impulse pipe joint with a movable wrench;
5. Use a screwdriver to remove the pressure transmitter cover and connect the signal wire correctly according to the terminal wiring diagram;
6. Connect the power supply of the pressure transmitter;
7. Carry out zero point and full degree adjustment;
8. Confirm that the root valve and inlet valve of the pressure transmitter are opened, and the venting valve is closed;
9. Check whether the connecting parts are leaking with leakage liquid.
Disassembly of the pressure transmitter:
1. Close the root valve and inlet valve of the pressure transmitter, open the venting valve, and close the venting valve after the detector confirms that the combustible gas is exhausted;
2. Confirm that the power supply of the pressure transmitter between the cabinets has been unloaded;
3. Use a plum screwdriver to remove the pressure transmitter cover, release the signal line, and protect the signal line and its cable number with insulating tape;
4. Use a movable wrench to unscrew the joint of the transmitter’s impulse pipe, and properly protect the head of the impulse pipe with insulating tape;
5. Remove the fixing screws of the pressure transmitter and remove the transmitter from the bracket;
6. Clean the surface dust of the pressure transmitter, and use white tape to make the equipment label and paste it on the surface of the transmitter;
7. The pressure transmitter is sent to the calibration site and placed for more than 2 hours to be calibrated.
