After the technician inspected on the spot, inquired about the process and checked the previous work of the intelligent differential pressure transmitter, it was found that the intelligent differential pressure transmitter had a similar situation before, and the deviation was small. After comprehensive analysis, the technician analyzed that there may be plugging or leakage of the pressure guide pipe or a problem with the transmitter setting and communication line.
Immediately tested, found that there is no blockage, leakage in the pressure pipe, the meter was tested and found that the intelligent differential pressure transmitter itself is no problem, the on-site display and the operation room DCS is consistent, proving that the communication line is also good, but the display flow is low compared with the actual one. Since the operating medium is water, the two-stage sewage valve of the intelligent differential pressure transmitter is finally released and found that the water pressure on the high-pressure side is significantly higher than that of the low-pressure test, and the fault is judged to be the plugging and leakage of the pressure pipe, but it is found that the pipe itself is not blocked or leaked by viewing. Finally, carefully check the interface of the three valve groups and the pressure pipe, and finally find that the tetrafluoro gasket at the interface of the intelligent differential pressure transmitter and the pressure guide pipe is a little squeezed and the aperture of the gasket becomes very small, so the gasket inspection table is replaced, and the result table display is immediately consistent with the actual scene on site.
