The correct installation and use of the casing directly affects the service life of the temperature transmitter, and it is very important to strengthen the protection of the casing during the use of the temperature transmitter casing.
First, control the insertion depth of the temperature transmitter sleeve. As the insertion depth increases, the force on the temperature transmitter sleeve increases exponentially. Therefore, when we measure the temperature, we need to insert the temperature transmitter sleeve into half of the pipe diameter, without inserting it into the bottom of the pipe, which is conducive to shortening the length of the cantilever of the temperature gauge bag and reducing the amplitude of its end.
Secondly, when the system is put into operation, avoid the sudden full opening of the valve on the pipeline. At the moment when the valve is just put into operation, the temperature transmitter casing will bear a large unidirectional force, so when the system is just put into operation, the valve should be opened slowly to let the system pressure gradually rise, and the pressure difference between the front and back of the temperature transmitter casing should be reduced as much as possible, so as to avoid the casing fracture accident caused by excessive unidirectional force.
Finally, strictly control the quality of maintenance, do a good job in the material inspection of the temperature transmitter casing, and also do a good job in flaw detection inspection to prevent the occurrence of abnormal accidents such as cracks and fractures in the weld.
