First, the pressure transmitter needs to be installed correctly

The threads of the pressure transmitter are also susceptible to damage, affecting their sealing performance and causing safety hazards.
Second, ensure that the mounting holes of the pressure transmitter are clean
Ensuring that the mounting holes of the pressure transmitter are clean and prevent clogging is a guarantee of the operation of the equipment. For example, the pressure transmitter should be removed from the machinery before the extruder is cleaned, as the residual melt may flow into the mounting holes and harden, and if not cleaned in time, the bottom of the pressure transmitter will be damaged when it is reinstalled, affecting the measurement.
Third, keep the pressure transmitter dry
In addition to custom-made waterproof pressure transmitters, the usual pressure transmitters are not waterproof, and it is very unfavorable to operate the pressure transmitter in a humid environment, which can easily cause internal moisture or even water ingress and burn the circuit. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the environment in which the pressure transmitter is used dry.
Fourth, prevent pressure overload
From the perspective of the safety of the operation of the equipment, the overload of the pressure transmitter should be avoided, and under normal circumstances, the selected pressure transmitter range should be larger than the actual pressure range to be measured to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Fifth, regular inspection and maintenance
If there is any debris or dust around the pressure transmitter, it should be discharged regularly. Leakage and erosion between the pressure transmitter and the process interface, impulse pipes and valves. Purging of impulse pipes that are easy to clog the medium, etc.
