Causes of error:
Reason 1: There is gas in the liquid pipeline (causing pressure head error)
Reason 2: Wear and tear loss
Reason 3: Leakage
Reason 4: There is liquid in the gas pipeline (causing pressure head error)
Reason 5: The density of the impulse pipe on both sides is different due to the temperature difference (causing the indenter error)
Ways to reduce errors:
Method 1: The pressure transmitter uses the on-site impulse pipe as short as possible
Method 2: When the pressure transmitter measures the liquid or steam, the impulse pipe flows upward to the process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12
Method 3: When the pressure transmitter is used for gas measurement, the impulse pipe is connected downward to the process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12
Method 4: The layout of the liquid impulse pipeline should avoid a high point in the middle, and the layout of the gas impulse pipe should avoid a low point in the middle
Method 5: The same temperature should be maintained between the two impulse pipes
Method 6: In order to avoid the influence of friction, the diameter of the impulse tube should be large enough
Method 7: There should be no gas in the impulse tube filled with liquid
Method 8: When using the isolation liquid, the liquid of the impulse tube on both sides should be the same
Method 9: When using the cleaning agent, the connection of the cleaning agent should be close to the pressure port of the process pipeline, and the length and caliber of the pipeline through which the cleaning agent passes should be the same, and the cleaning agent should be avoided from passing through the pressure transmitter.
