The factory inspection of the transmitter should do the following: 1. Appearance inspection of the transmitter First of all, the surface of the shell and parts of the transmitter should be smooth and intact, free of rust and mildew. The label of the transmitter should be complete, clear and contain: product name, model, measurement range, output, power supply and other main technical parameters, explosion-proof products should also have corresponding explosion-proof identification, and the high and low voltage ends of the differential pressure transmitter should also be clearly marked. The transmitter with display needs to be powered on to check whether the numbers are displayed clearly and whether there are any missing strokes. 2. Tightness detection of the transmitter For example, in the case of a pressure transmitter, the pressure transmitter should be smoothly boosted during the tightness check, so that the measured value of the pressure transmitter reaches the upper limit, the pressure source should be turned off, and the seal should be sealed for 15 minutes, and there should be no leakage. When the leak check of the differential pressure transmitter is carried out, the rated pressure should be introduced at the high and low pressure ends at the same time for observation. 3. Transmitter insulation resistance detection Disconnect the power supply of the transmitter and short the power terminal and output terminal respectively. Use an insulation resistance meter to measure the insulation resistance between the power terminal and the ground terminal (housing), between the power terminal and the output terminal, and between the output terminal and the ground terminal (housing). When measuring, the reading should be stable after 5s. When the ambient temperature is 15°C~35°C and the relative humidity is 45°C~75°C, the insulation resistance between the terminals (including the shell) of the transmitter should not be less than 20MΩ. 4. Testing of the measurement performance of the transmitter For example, the differential pressure transmitter connects the high and low pressure ends, inputs the rated working pressure, and measures the output lower limit, and then closes the balance valve, reduces the pressure at the low pressure end, so that the pressure difference between the high and low pressure ends reaches the upper limit, and at the same time measures the output upper limit value, and calculates the output range (the difference between the upper and lower output limit values) under the rated working pressure state. The range change is calculated compared to the output range under atmospheric pressure. Only the transmitter that has passed the test in accordance with the requirements of the specification can issue an appraisal certificate and ship it out of the factory.
