The control principle of the make-up water pump: The current signal is transmitted to the PLC through the return water pressure transmitter. Through calculation, the feedback value is compared with the set value. When the pressure reaches the set lower limit value, the PLC provides a signal to automatically start the make-up water pump; When the pressure reaches the set upper limit value, the PLC sends a signal to automatically stop the make-up water pump; When the water level in the make-up water tank is lower than the protection value, the make-up water pump will be forced to stop.

3. If the medium temperature exceeds the working temperature range of the pressure transmitter in the heat exchange station, a cooling device can be installed for the pressure transmitter. Extend the service life of pressure transmitters.
4. During on-site installation, a pressure shut-off valve should be installed between the pressure transmitter and the pipeline to facilitate maintenance and prevent blockage of the pressure tap, which may affect measurement accuracy.
5. When disassembling the pressure transmitter, it is necessary to ensure that the pressure source and power supply are disconnected to avoid accidents caused by medium spraying.
