How to correctly install the pressure transmitter is very important, these installation points need to be borne in mind: First: The pressure transmitter must be installed by a technician who has read and understood this operation manual before use. Second: The pressure transmitter must be installed without pressure and power supply. Third: It is strictly prohibited to drop, impact, disassembly, strong clamping or poke the pilot hole or metal diaphragm with sharp utensils. Fourth: the transmitter should be installed in the air, dry, non-corrosive, cool and small temperature changes. If the open air installation should be added protective cover, avoid direct sunlight and rain, in order to avoid the pressure transmitter function to reduce or cause failure. Fifth: If the transmitter is installed with upward or sideways pressure connections, make sure that there is no liquid flow in the equipment housing, otherwise moisture and dirt will block the atmospheric port near the electrical connection, and even cause equipment failure. Make sure that the threaded connection edges of the electrical connections are free of dust and dirt. Sixth: When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, pay attention not to make the pressure transmitter operating temperature over the limit, if necessary, plus the pressure pipe or other cooling device connection. Seventh: the installation should be installed between the transmitter and the medium with a pressure shut-off valve, in order to maintain and prevent the pressure port blocked and affect the measurement accuracy. Eighth: Intrinsically safe transmitter must be equipped with a safety grid to be used in hazardous places with explosive mixtures.
