Method 2: Anti-interference. Many signals will affect the stability of the pressure transmitter signal, surges, pulse bursts or electrostatic discharge will cause the pressure transmitter to burn or damage, effective troubleshooting of interference signals is essential. It is also important that the pressure transmitter is effectively grounded.

Method three: lightning protection. If the pressure transmitter is installed in a harsh site and encounters dangerous damage such as lightning strikes or overvoltage, it is recommended that the user protect against lightning and overvoltage between the distribution box or the power supply and the pressure transmitter.

Method four, high temperature prevention. When a pressure transmitter is used to measure steam or other high-temperature media, be careful not to allow the temperature of the medium to exceed the normal operating temperature range of the transmitter. If necessary, a cooling device needs to be installed.

Method five, keep the installation hole clean. Keeping the mounting holes clean and preventing media clogging is important to ensure proper operation of the equipment. When the pressure transmitter is removed, the medium under test may flow into the mounting hole and harden, and if this residual media is not removed, the top of the pressure transmitter may be damaged when it is reinstalled.
