There are many forms of differential pressure transmitter connection, in Xingyi, the conventional connection method of differential pressure transmitter has four forms: φ6 pagoda mouth, φ6 pagoda mouth, φ6 fast interface and φ4 quick screw interface. Let’s explain how to use the different connection methods.

φ6 Pagoda mouth connection method Choose a trachea with an inner diameter of 5mm and made of PU, PE, and nylon. During installation, insert the tubing directly into the differential pressure transmitter interface, and check the reliability with a slight pull by hand to complete the connection.

φ8 Pagoda mouth connection method Choose a trachea with an inner diameter of 7mm and made of PU, PE, and nylon. After inserting the tubing directly into the differential pressure transmitter interface, check the tightness with a slight pull of the hand, and the connection is completed.

φ6 fast interface connection mode Choose a trachea with an outer diameter of 6mm and a material of PU, PE, and nylon. After inserting the tubing directly into the differential pressure transmitter interface, check the tightness with a slight pull of the hand, and the connection is completed.

φ4 quick screw interface connection mode Choose an outer diameter of 4mm and an inner diameter of 2.5mm, PU, PE, nylon trachea. After inserting the tubing directly into the differential pressure transmitter interface, lock the fastening nut and check the firmness with a slight tug by hand to complete the connection.
